Your new Kitchen comes with a QBCC warranty of 6 years plus a lifetime guarantee on hardware! If you notice or have any concerns regarding your kitchen contact us immediately, we are here to rectify any issues quickly and without hesitation.

From site measure the process can be as quick as 4 weeks!  The sooner you can decide on all of your Kitchen finishes and appliances the sooner we can start production.   Installation can take 1 – 3 days depending on the size and other cabinetry included.   If you have stone bench tops, they will go in 5-10 working days after installation of cabinets. 

Although, if you are going with our budget range of stone – it can be done same day!

Always make sure you are getting quoted like for like. Kitchens are very complex and have many moving parts, as well as countless suppliers of products and a huge range of  finishes available. Ensure the hardware is of a high quality and that the board is from a reputable brand.  Stone is another factor that can change your pricing too, there is a significant difference from budget – mid range – high end stone.  Make Certain the design/layouts and inclusions are exactly the same too.

We like to call it our design hub!  We’re not here to showcase kitchens that aren’t to everyone’s taste instead we have a stunning kitchen that houses our broad range of samples and can demonstrate different finishes and hardware – you’ll feel right at home!

We certainly can! We recommend coming to our design hub with as much info possible. On booking an appointment we will send you a check sheet so you can have as much information as possible before this process commences. This makes the process flow a lot easier for you.

We can work in with your trades directly or we can recommend and organise top quality trades for you including:  Tilers, Plumbers, Electricians and Rangehood installers.

We certainly do.  We have a wide range of stone on offer ranging from the budget conscious to absolute luxury – the options are endless.

This is a WPHS regulation, our tradies are often lifting and carrying heavy items and their safety is our priority.  They do carry boot covers in their vehicles and are required to put them on in wet/muddy weather.  If you do have any concerns during installation do not hesitate in contacting your Project Manager or speak to the installer directly.  Providing a great service is extremely important to us.
